Job description

The technical service within the hotel is a unit that provides technical support to ensure the smooth operation of hotel facilities and to increase the comfort of guests.

1. *Facility Maintenance:* To ensure that the facilities are in continuous operation by performing regular maintenance of the mechanical, electrical and ventilation systems in the hotels.


2. *Troubleshooting:* To detect technical malfunctions occurring in the hotel and provide uninterrupted comfort by quickly producing solutions.


3. *Maintenance of Room Equipment:* Regularly checking and maintaining the technical equipment in the rooms, such as television, air conditioning, telephone, etc.


4. *Energy Efficiency:* Optimizing systems and devices within the hotel to save energy.


5. *Security Systems:* Maintaining security technologies such as camera systems, fire alarm systems, door security systems and providing updates when necessary.


6. *Renovations and Upgrades:* Managing projects to update the hotel's technical infrastructure, integrate new technologies and increase the overall functionality of the property.


7. *Employee Training:* Providing training to hotel staff on technical issues, teaching emergency procedures and ensuring they adopt safe working principles.


8. *Environmentally Friendly Solutions:* Technical service contributes to sustainability goals by guiding the hotel on environmentally friendly technologies and energy efficiency measures.
