The technical service within the hotel is a unit that provides technical support to ensure the smooth operation of hotel facilities and increase the comfort of guests.

1. *Facility Maintenance:* To ensure that the facilities are constantly in working order by regularly maintaining the mechanical, electrical and ventilation systems in hotels.


2. *Troubleshooting:* To detect technical malfunctions occurring in the hotel and provide uninterrupted comfort by quickly finding solutions.


3. *Maintenance of Room Equipment:* To regularly check and maintain the technical equipment in the rooms, such as television, air conditioner, telephone, etc.


4. *Energy Efficiency:* Optimizing the systems and devices within the hotel to save energy.


5. *Security Systems:* Maintaining security technologies such as camera systems, fire alarm systems, door security systems and providing updates when necessary.


6. *Renovations and Upgrades:* Managing projects to update the hotel's technical infrastructure, integrate new technologies and increase the overall functionality of the facility.
